New Reseller Hosting Packages

We wish to express our sincere appreciation to you again for choosing as your partner. We are sincerely grateful for your support so far.

Firstly, we would like to inform you that we are deprecating our current reseller packages. What it means is that they would be discontinued somewhere in the not too distant future. In the meantime, we have published the new prices that are being applied to the existing packages on the pages linked below.


  1. If you wish to maintain your existing package, then the prices published on the now legacy reseller packages page would be applied to your package.

  2. We would like to kindly ask you to visit our reseller page and select a new package that you would like to be moved to until 20-12-2022.

  3. Once you decide which package you wish to use, kindly open a support ticket from your dashboard and specify the package. We will update your billing to reflect the select package.

  4. This also applies to accounts that still have multiple months going into next year. If you do not select a new package by 20-12-2022, we will assume that you wish to remain on the old package and we would go ahead and issue an invoice for adjustments for the remaining months on your subscription.

Wordpress Manager by Softaculous

We are aware of the issue with Wordpress Manager not showing wordpress installations. The issue is coming from Wordpress Manager itself.

Please use Softaculous Apps Installer instead. You can find your installations there.

Update on status of downtime

The datacenter has been able to restore power to the normal shared hosting servers.

All affected shared hosting accounts are back online.

Downtime caused by power outage in datacenter

There is currently a partial power outage in our data center, the data center is in the process of restoring power and we have on-site technicians standing by to bring servers back online as soon as power is restored to those servers.
