Payment Confirmation
You can use the invoice number as the reference or reply to the invoice email sent to you or send us an email with:
- The name registered to the Merchant / Sender's Mobile Money Account or the name registered to the sender's mobile number.
- The Transaction ID (Inside the SMS after completing the Mobile Money Transaction).
- The UltraHostGhana Invoice number (in the UltraHostGhana email we have sent to you after placing your order) you are making payment for so that we can identify your payment with your order.
Paystack
- Login to your account on our website:
https://ultrahostghana.com/account/login - Go to Invoices and then open the invoice or search your invoice number in the search text box.
- Select Paystack from the payment methods and click "Pay now" button to open the payment details page. You will be presented with a popup window containing Mobile Money and Debit/Credit Card options.
- If you select Mobile Money, you will be asked to enter the number details. You will receive a prompt on your phone to complete authorize the payment.
- We will be notified once the payment completes successfully and your payment will be processed within some minutes (up to an hour).
Slydepay
NB: Slydepay account is not required to use this option.
It is possible to make payment directly from any mobile money wallet using Slydepay.
- Login to your account on our website:
https://ultrahostghana.com/account/login - Go to Invoices and then open the invoice or search your invoice number in the search text box.
- Select Slydepay from the payment methods and click "Pay now" button to open the payment details page. You can click the button to take you to Slydepay website to complete the payment or scan the QR code using the Slydepay app to make the payment. After successful payment, we usually receive notification from Slydepay and your order can be processed.
Bank Deposit
It is also possible to make payment by depositing into one of the accounts below:

Please REPLY the invoice email or send us:
- The name of the Depositor as filled on the bank receipt
- The copy of the receipt from the bank ( must be attached as a photo or scan in the reply to this email).
- The UltraHostGhana Invoice number you are making payment for (can be found inside the UltraHostGhana email we have sent to you after placing your order).
You can find invoice details by signing in to Members Area then go to Invoices.
Open the invoice you want to pay for to access the payment options.
New invoices will be sent to the email address associated with your account with us. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
